Edison’s Ice Cream opened the doors to its first ice cream parlor in 2025 inside the historic Northern Hotel, a Fort Collins landmark that has remained iconic for the last two centuries.

Inspired by 1950s ice cream parlors, we designed the interior to embrace the history of the building and enliven the space with new nostalgia.
