Edison’s Ice Cream is excited to announce that we are expanding to Downtown Greeley, Colorado!

We will open in the historic Salzman Shoe building located at 911 8th Ave. in Spring 2026. We can’t wait to enter the Greeley community and bring the magic of our hand-made ice cream!
